Random Riff Raff

Well, It snowed. Yup, it didn't stick but it was 37 degrees, and Miserable. We have snow on the mountains and I don't think it's going to go away. Tristan is now 18 months! He has about 25 words he says in context, and is just a joy to have around. The other day he came up to me and patted my leg to get my attention. I greeted him like I always do, and then he looked at me in a way that said, " I love you mom. I don't know how to say it, but I do." I melted. It was soo awesome. Some other things, I am done with Kit's Christmas shopping. Yup, that's right DONE! We got her a bunch of those Disney princesses mini dolls (the ones about 4 in tall). and Brent is making her a castle playhouse for them. It's awesome! He's been putting a LOT of work into it for the past month, and there's a lot more work that needs to be done. If I get to it I'll post photos. I'll also post my lastest creations. Right now I am working on a knit skating coat for Kit. It's going to be precious! Kit is learning and growing so much! She's in the "why" phase. It drives me nuts when she asks why they made the characters like that in the movie, and other such unanswerable questions. But it's nice when I hear her tell her friend or a toy something I explained to her. At least she is listening. By the way I posted on my Mapotomus Log for the first time in 2 years. I always have great things to post, but either something needs my attention, or Tristan's asleep, and sincethe computer's in his room and he's a light sleeper, then I am once again out of luck.
